I have had two encounters with said npc. Both times it has been very interesting up to the point where he ends up dead. At this point he just drops 13th Tier Overseer's Personal Effects. I'd like to know if anyone has managed to see him drop anything else or is it just an effort to make rogue drones look extremely profitable? Or an error in loottables?
If you have seen him drop anything else, then please post the name of that item and also the name of the place where you found him.

I find it somewhat hard to believe that I'm the only one to have seen and killed Uehiro Katsen. I'd really like to know if anyone has gotten something other than the overseer's effects and also the number of times it has been nothing more than just those.

Me and my corp just found him at the end of a 10/10 plex in 0.0 and thats all he drops, he hits like a b**** and you get nothing of value for doing the plex for all i see just vanilla loot

Just did it today, how i came across this thread, and i can confirm that he hits like a ***** if you get close (tore my tank solo down making me have to warp out) but isnt tanking that well.
Anyhow, i dont think it is a 10/10, at least it is certainly not one of the old static ones. Its an escalation, and he shows up in the 2nd and last part. Drops only that ****ty tier, no other loot to mention.
The final escalation site is fairly hard, many neut sentries, and the final room spawns 30-35 BS in total(and support) + a rather nasty neut as well.
Blew the serpentis stronghold up, but no loot either.
Basically, it is a fun and kinda hard plex, takes a long time due to the amount of BS spawns, but not worth it loot wise for sure. (Not if what others here report anyway is true).
EDIT: The name of the DED is Serpentis logistics outpost (or something similar). No idea what the name is for other races, prob about the same.

Did it 3 time. Behind the effect he dropped C-Type armor hardeners (3 of them) for us all the time. The good thing is that Serpentis Logistical Outpost always escalates and the bad thing is that it isn't worth your efforts. :)
