Hey hey, Iam a Gallente specd char, With all t2 drones exept heavy, i got the t2 heavy logistic drones , all t2 med. I got most support gunnery skills on V, exept traj anal. T2 tank, and engineering skills on IV/V( not the shield ones ).
Iam currently specing amarr cuz i think there pritty awsome. Now my question is. WHat ship is the best for mission running and what ship is best for pvp?
As i understood its like Geddon for PVE and Abbaddon for PVP?

i use my geddon in vp couse it has a very good tank and that's important when u get kicked by another player.but abaddon and apocalypse works to but they haven't got the same good tank they are moree damage dealers

So Geddon is the Amarr tanking battleship and the Apoc is the damge dealer?

The armageddon when fitted with decent T2 tank (2 rats specifics hardener and a EANM T2) witb MWN and mega pulse is a beast in ratting fast and efficent, for mission its sure the abbadon is a certain win.
PVP wise the Geddon in close range shine the abbadon even more and for fleet or POS shooting the apoc have enough cap to actualy last the fight.
History is a bunch of lies that we all agree on. |

Look at the bonuses on the ships, Un Eyed. Geddons going to give you most likely the best bang (literally) for your buck, while the Apoc can field quite a tank, as well as the Abaddon. I would venture to say with the Geddons big drone bay, that would most likely be your best bet.

Abaddon is better if you have high gun skills and no ogreIIs, while someone with lessers gun skills but with good large drone skills will do better in geddon prolly. For now, forget apoc for pvp. Both abaddon and geddon have good gank and fair tank. If you single rep tank em, abaddon has slightly better tank but geddon can run a heavy neut wich might be useful. Geddon is also cheaper.
Apoc is mostly a pve ship.

Armageddon - PVP its awesome, lots of damage plus cheap price. Normally fitted for plated gank. Not so great for PVE imo.
Apocalypse - Fleet PvP, Sniper, NOS/Neut boat. Looks to be much improved if the new changes happen. When they come in I will relook at my Navy Apoc for PVE.
Abaddon - Great in PvP in a variety of roles using pulse or beam setups. Good tank with good damage though pricey compared to Geddon. Massive problem with cap however even with top level cap skills, a full rack of Tachyons will use your cap in about 2 mins so it needs a cap booster to operate effectively. Also my current choice in PVE where 1 LAR is enough good resistances possible again needs lots of cap mods, 3 CCC's help alot. Can struggle on missions where rats stand off some distance when using a pulse setup.
I will be using a Paladin for missions when I get round to building mine.

For PvP the Abaddon is the best one for small gang warfare. Lots of short term tank/gank and unlike the Geddon it actually has the grid/cpu to fit an active tank.
This is especially true if you don't have access to heavy drones.
The geddon on the other hand is the top amarr ship for Spidertank gangs (remote repping) and a decent ship even if you don't have a lot of remote reppers. As long as you can use heavy drones!
The Apoc is, after the changes, going to be the obvious choice for sniperfleets as Amarr ships have had (until now) real trouble at those ranges.
In PvE the Apoc has the strongest tank and the best cap. After the changes it's also going to have enough grid to fit a full rack of T2 megapulses and will be, thanks to its optimal bonus, able to use more powerful crystals.
The armageddon can often mount an insane offense, but it's a question if the Apoc isn't going to entirely obsolete the other ships as a mission runner. Extra optimal on pulses does mean a lot more damage, and extra cap means less spent on cap rechargers and more spent on Heatsinks.
The abaddon, IMHO, loses a lot of the power it has in PvP since missions is a lot about sustainability. The need to fit an insane amount of cap-mods means less tank and fewer heatsinks.
As a summary:
PvP: They all have different roles.
PvE: After the changes? IMHO Apoc all the way.

A plated Abaddon is like a Megathron with 50% more HP, a bit slower, but also has 2x-3x the range and practically the same DPS. All in all, the best BS out there atm. Armageddon has about the same HP as a Megathron but does more DPS. Anything that isn't 2EANM/DC tanked will get annihilated vs these ships, while a Megathron has to spend a good deal of time getting into range. The new Apocalypse has obscene range on Pulses, especially if you use a Tracking Computer. You can pretty much snipe with them.
Can't go wrong with any of the ships, all are awesome for PvP.
