just wanted to post a reply..nvm...its just that with the offices...our rent from 20m poped up to 82 millions and it just sucks!

That's not even bad... you should check some 0.0 NPC station rents. I've seen 450M / month office rent fees.

It happens, base rent is 10k / month and it goes up exponentially for as long as offices are not available. When you have one available it stops going up and with many unavailable it starts going down. (Keep in mind that just unrenting for a few minutes doesn't do anything, they need to be available for as long as they were unavailable to reverse the price.
This is the old supply and demand way of ensuring offices are used the most effecient way possible. Originally they were all 10k no matter what, and no matter what you wanted to pay, if they were all gone, they were all gone, people squatted on hundreds of offices just because they could. Now if you are willing to pay, you will get one eventually, if it gets too high you are forced to move somewhere quieter.
