I have as stated in the topic 1.5b -> 2.5b to spend. 1. The Character must have a positive wallet, and maximum -1.9 security status. 2. The Character must have a somewhat decent employment history (not +100 corporations during the past year) 3. The Character must have all basic learning skills (Instant Recall, Analytical Mind, Spatial Awareness, Iron Will and Empathy + learning) at 5/5 and all the advanced ones at 3/5 -> 4/5. 4. The Character must have good "base" attributes, PvP wise. 5. The Character must be either Minmatar, Caldari or Amarr (Preferably one of the first two). - If your character doesn't have all of this, but you might think hes what I am looking for, then you're also more than welcome to contact me. cczdream1 (me) will be the buyer (paying the ISK). You can contact me either here on the forums, or ingame via convo or eve-mail. That's about it. - Hit me.

I am planning on selling a PC in about 2 weeks that may just be what your looking for. The Character has over 10m sp, and has Caldari Frig, Caldari Cruiser, Battle Cruiser and Spaceship Command all at 5. 'Perfect'learning skills (in a little over a week) and a number of other good skill. The character can start training Assault Ships immediately. Other info, the PC has .1 sec status, has only been in 1 corp, and will have a wallet balance of 0 with no assets to speak of upon the sale. The PC is also located in Perimeter, 1 stop from Jita, but not 'in' Jita to avoid the worst lag ever. Convo or EVE Mail me in game if your interested. I will be posting him to in-eve in the near fufture, but have not done so yet.

I'm attempting to get the in.eve password for him at the moment (I lost it) so I can API verify him again but evemon is doing the updating right now.
