Great list! Would it be too much to ask for what ship they fly/ship class and at what range they lock target at?

I don't think there's any reliable information on their targeting ranges and whatnot.
Some Arch Angel rats in cruisers (Legionnaires or Centurions) fired heavy missiles at me from 450 km recently...

Dont mean to hijack your thread but add to it- If you want to verify ships, bounty, etc. I have collected bounty screenshots of 54 unique NPC Rats so far. I add more as I find them. Everyone of them suffered terribly. If you would like to see them go here:

I have this same list online on a searchable website, that's fully functional in the IGB. There's 2 small differences though:
- Alufami, is he not the same as Olufami? (I've added him, but suspect one of the two is a double)
- Is Karothas really minmatar freedom fighter? (I had him as a named pirate, but switched him)
I've taken the liberty of adding the detectives and scouts as well, though they're not pirates, strictly speaking. Some of the rats on this list have their images attached (also viewable from the IGB).

I tried to make all pirates linked to eve database. But i cant do it in the same post :-( the url text take up so much space. So I would need to make a new post for almost every pirate group.
So if you want to easy see what ammo and missiles they use then go to my corp. forum.
There can u find the list. All pirates on that list are linked to EVE database.

Grismar's list is a good list to. He only need to link all pirates to evedatabase so will the list be damn good :-)

some info on damage types done by a few of the angel cruisers out there.
These are the missile types they us:
legionaire (85K): scourge heavy
arch angel : thunderbolt
liquidator: havoc
scout: scourge
centurion: havoc
just for those that might want to know, I find the info nearly totally worthless myself.

they spawn alone+ escorts, in groups without escorst and in groups with escrots.
Heaviiest angel spawn i've seen is 1x1mill; 2x750K; 4x85K,6x75K and 4x55K with some assorted frigs.
Needless to say i warped.

Minmatar Fleet Detective ---Some kind of tricked up Breecher firing Thunderbolts
Minatar Freedom Fighters --- flies Slashers.
Bounty Hunter Rookies --- Not based on Kestrels but on Angel Hunter hulls.
The Thief --- Flies an Angel Impaler.
Rouge Pirate Escorts --- Augoror based, but unlike the Blood Arch Reavers, these Augorors fire Thunderbolts and shoots 720mm Howitizers.
Sansha Slave Trader --- Mission only. Flies a Bestower.
Khanid Officer --- Flies a tricked up Punisher. This NPC introduced one of the most spectacular new frigate models in teh game.
Khanid Slave Trader --- Flies a tricked up Arbitrator, black in color with blue neon lights.

Hehe I seen this one too, warped in on top of them though, even in my rifter I did not manage to get away... swines took my ship! ;)

will try to update so many bounties i can today. But they have change the bounties again in the patch 1549:

There are some NPC's showing up in .4 space that are flying kestrels that are 14,000 and the ones flying in ospry's are 40,000. There are some flying moa's and Merlin's and I am not sure on those.
