This! I went with the fam to Mexico when I was 14(?) and I drank quite a bit there, no one looked twice. Watch out when you go to any markets, they will grab you and drag you into their stores

If it's anything like Belgium (which it appears to be, just, well, poorer, more corrupt, and even laxer laws), people won't really care even if there -are- laws. Most places are pretty laid-back about drinking here, as long as you're not simply a kid.

Take a booze cruise
Put your money in your sock or better yet, tape it to your leg.
Go to puerto during spring break and stay at the buena vista hotel every room comes with 1 or sometimes two complementary hotties from the texas a&m womens soccer team.
When the beat cop knocks you down on to the curb stay down and backup will not come and remember, your money is taped to your leg.
Very young kids will tell you and help you to anything you want in the area...you just have to buy some chiclets.
and if mexico is gods blind spot, then thailand is the virgin mary's sweet spot.
