Velios M. Corp Mostly Harmless	Posted - 2008.02.15 12:45:00 - [1] This is a tribute to a friend. Lenny Juice, or Lennart Simonsen as he was known on earth was member of M.Corp for over 3 years. He was a long standing director and a friend to many both inside and outside of our corporation. Yesterday, on Valentines Day Lenny was found dead at his home in Denmark, He was only 39 years old, and leaves behind a beautiful 3 year old daughter. Our thoughts firstly go out to his family who are mourning the loss of Lennart, a wonderful, kind person the likes of whom you do not meet every day. Lennart will be missed by all who knew him, things are too raw at the moment to say more, but as time passes this thread will become a tribute to Len by those that knew and loved him. Len loved EVE, he poured his heart and soul into the game alongside many of the rest of us in M.Corp as we achieved great things together as a team. Everything that we do as a corp from this day forwards will be in his honour. God bless you Lenny, we will never forget you.

Met him briefly in Copenhagen at the Gankaton lastyear with Portia Rosset, we were sat outside with the guys eating pizza pre bar meet. He struck me a quiet decent fella. Some days life truly does suck ass, today is one of those days. Condolences to his friends and family.

I remember working with Lenny Juice during my time in LV. He was a really hard working guy, pleasant to chat to and had a real can do attitude, and even in my limited time working with him i had a huge amount of respect and trust for him. He was one of the pillars that made M Corp a great corp. I never had the oppurtunity to met the guy in person and am shocked and deeply saddened to hear this news. -----------------------------------------

Allways there for his friends. I will carry the memory of Lenny with me and I know many others will too. I will continue to work, to leave behind as good and positive imprint when my time comes. We are going to set up a paypal account for donations that will go towards a flower arrangement at Lenny's funeral. Lenny always flew Amarrian and I suggested that we should get him a massive arrangement of golden-yellow flowers to match both his taste in ships and to match the corp colours. He was having a hard time in real life, thats a fact, ive talked with him many times about just that, constant pain from his sickness, devorse, a daughter he only saw every second weekend, his struggle to keep his dignity through all that. Your at peace now man Lenny, pal, m8, you were the one that dragged me through this wierd escape from reality called Eve, i thank you for that. As I still completly lack words to describe this I lean towards what you say sqat, that sums it all up for me, I too have had many talks with him about the severe pain and how you move on from that. I just hope that the place he is now resting has relieved him from that pain. I will do my best to make sure all the kind words said in this thread is forwarded to his family.

Was lucky to meet this man, and he was just a stand up guy, pleasant and easy to be around. Despite my long absence from EVE, Lenny is definitely a guy i remember, and only for the good. It's terrible that a man at this early age passes away, and the fact he's leaving a young kid behind is just heartbreaking. I spent most of my time in M.Corp as one of Lennys best friends. We spent many days together with Tass building and doing things most would have thought impossable. I am sitting here stunned at this news and am fighting back tears. This has to be one of the hardest posts I have ever written. I do not know what to say or how to say all the sad feelings I have right now. I know Len went to a better place and I pray for his family in this time of grief. RIP m8.

Later he helped build/create Keiretsu - we more or less flew the same path ever since (LV etc.). My condolences goes out to his family and loved ones - I can't believe it's not that long ago we had an EVE old timer dinner at a local steakhouse and Lenny was there in his normal quiet person but always with a smile on. We believe that Lenny would have liked this kind of tribute. When i showed this to my family they where amazed to see that so many people knew and cared for Lennart in this game. I did not only loose my brother but i also lost my best friend. Reading this tribute has helped me deal with the pain of loosing someone that close to me. Playing EVE will never be the same without him, but life has to go on and all we can do now is to remember him for all the good things he did. Rest in peace my brother - you belong to the stars now !

God bless you Len, we will never forget the times that we had with you in M.Corp and your legacy will live on. Thanks also to everyone that has donated towards Lenny's flowers whih Treebeard is taking to the funeral today. We were all deeply moved by the amount of people that came forwards and we have decided that any left over money is to be put into a trust fund for Lenny's daughter Isabelle. A sad day, but one on which the memory of Lenny shines far too brightly to cast a shadow.
