A small corp wishes to become involved in life outside empire space.
We realise that it would be foolish to chance our arm without first getting permission from or joining an alliance.
However finding out who to ask is a difficult task.
Skilled miners and hunters. we do not believe in piracy but operate on a free trade principle.
We are open to offers from alliances that share our views.
Any information on who to contact would be appreciated.

I am completely with you man. It is not easy at all for a small corp to find an alliance in the deep. I have been trying for weeks, and have gotten some leads that can not reply back due to time restraints. Or I find corps that want to turn you into their mule. I was looking for the bigger reward, not more risk with less reward. I am even willing to disband my own corp so we could join an alliance corp that is reputable.
People get labeled "carebears" for staying in empire space, but where is the way out?

pick a spot in 0.0 you want find out who is fighting for it pick a side(pick well young jedi)
go fight their enemys if you are pulling your fair share im sure most 0.0 people will gladly let you in ...it seems tho most want to go get phat lewt for free and no one wants a parasite
start learning the political landscape of your new home asap keep current
if you shy from the politics you will get eaten by bigger fish solo
get friends you can count on, politics in 0.0 can shift shookingly fast
learn pvp get involved in it

the querious region is open to all non-pirates ... come down and have a look ... becareful around a2 sometimes it's sticky there with CA pirates hangin about ... convo me in game and i'll give you some pointers and meet up with you.
