I now plan to start in the direction for a phobos, for pvp in 0.0, ive never used a heavy dictor before so im not exactly sure how to start setting these things up. Can anyone let me know, what this things primary role is, what its abilities are limited to and give me a setup to work off of and to make sure i can actually fit one out when i eventually get one.

This is My phobos setup.
Not yet used in anger 
I wonder whether people suggest using 2xMAR rather than a plate? I can't decide on this one- Permaruns a single repper with this setup with the Booster used for 'high drain' scenarios. Any thoughts?

highs: 5x t2 electrons, bubble maker (script in hold)
mwd, web, med cap booster, t2 sensor booster (scan res)
lows:t2 med rep, t2 exp hardner, 2x t2 eanm, t2 dc and a 1600plate
rigs: ACR and teh rep amount rig.
