ok im setting up a lotto! first thing you think of is oh ok hes a scammer! but im not, i just want to be a part of something. here is how it works:
-you send me (Dr Hazman) 1 mill AND a mail FOR EVERY MILL SENT saying 'paid' (only 1 mill! thats 1 0.0 rat!)
- up to 10 enteries per char
-winner takes all!
-thats it!
-drawn randomly every monday, first draw is 25th feb.
-any info needed or questions join chan haz-chat
im not a scammer i just wanna get some extra fun out of eve and make the winners feel good!

if i do not play fair or pay out then a GM can look at this thread and use it as evidence to get me banned!

Oh I hate people who leave feedback that is not constructive but seriously...you're right that the first thing I thought is 'hes a scammer'. Its also the second, third, fourth...

gotta love that there is trust in this world!
if you wanna think that this is a scam or im gona get an income from this then you can (and no i wont enter myself) but i hope theres a bit of trust that some ppl just wanna make a bit of fun!
iv just made this public because i thought we could have a bit of a laff and inject even more excitement into the game, more than 'what will ccp nerf in the next patch to wreck our setups' but seriously im trying to be like a charity worker here. nothing in it for me except organizing something.
if no1 enters then ok, ill just keep it as corp and mates corps and mates alliances. but feel free to come into 'haz-chat' and ask me owt, im sure when ya talk to me ull see im not taking anything elce out of this (trust).
HAZ - p.s. mafia are an old and respected corp who like to fight, doesnt mean anything. i could be in a corp called baby killers and be a nice guy.

i dont know how many times i have to say this but i really dont wanna go on about it and start having fun... i am not going to take any isk from this... if i can ill put up a screen shot when i give out the prize to show how much i have got and how much i am giving away, that make ppl happy? just trust me and have a punt... in the end its only a mill and you could win. all i can say on the matter.

Yea! just because he is in a corporation named Mafia, does not mean that he will be running of with your money! And most of the people in this game are nice, cuddly and friendly right?? We all are promoting trust!

This may or may not be a scam but it screams scam to me
1) Its not following recognised procedure for all the other lotto's in eve
2) Its not in the correct forum
3) There's no upper limit so how do we know how much the jackpot is
4) There's no public record of tickets bought
5) Why are you asking for a mail, when the wallet journal has a reason for donation function
6) How do we know the number your drawing is truly random perhaps your going to sell a ticket to your alt then make sure he wins
7) A GM can't do what you suggest because you can't be banned for scams their part of the game.
8) Someone who says he's not a scammer as his opening line and a closing line makes people suspicious.
9) The amount time you seem to spend in a single corp is worrying
10) Everyone elses reaction

I will vouch for the legitimacy of Hazzy's intentions. He's a good bud of mine and doesn't even need the ISK.
I hardly see the issue anyway, if it's a scam, he gets banned.

even tho iv given up on the idea of making this big and pubilc (altho if you want to you can still enter) i love this thread.... love the guy with the 10 reasons... makes me laff a lot, there is no trust in that guy and im sure hes had his can flipped a few times in high sec if ya get what im saying.
i cant make u believe me, altho i wish u all would. ok to every1 sayin its in the wrong thread, its bin moved! and ok to every1 about the banning matter. i know you cant get banned as a scam but i am willing to class it as an exploite of trust and therefore can get banned :)
what i like about it is no1 has joined haz-chat to see what im like, not many trying to scam will talk and chat normally... as im not i am willing to use that room as an info base and event promotion area.
anyway while i and my mates are having fun with all this the rest of ya can just sit in ya swively chairs shaking ur heads cuz i really dont care.... but remember keep on sending the messages i love the coimedy value of some ppl....

I am glad a small portion of people freaked out and yelled scam alert like it was the only thing left to do.
Haz, perhaps get the backing of a well known forum member, or start with a more detailed and structured system. A set of rules, some idea on how you will be truly choosing a random number, and a way to keep track of how many have entered would be nice. I would play that kind of lotto. Best of luck to you man. I like the attitude of people in EVE such as yourself.

well its hard to keep track... i see who has donated and how much then i write them down and put em in a hat lol not a hard system.... i said the ruels.... max 10 tickets, 1 mill per ticket.... i mean i would put so many regulations into everything but then some would be like its too complicated! cant please every1... anyway got 32mill at last check so up to u lot....

Haz is a genuinely nice guy and as his friend, i know he would never be the type to scam.. and i know where he lives. Just join haz-chat and get to know him at least, THEN you could decide to class him as a scammer and worry he'll run off with your poxy 1mil.

hazeman.. i am currently interested in expanding my own lottery draws, perhaps we could talk, the eventual outcome is that you could use my now semi-well known lottery name, to acredit you own draws.
Its hard setting these things up, trust me... im still fighting to get my nichT but perhaps if you are genuine then we can forge a partnership.
