So I am teamed up with 2 individuals in a fleet. I am Squad commander and they are squad members. Player A is in my corp, but Player B is not. I am in a logistics ship. I had both targeted, and they autot targeted me back. Player B shot me on accident instead of the mission NPC, and CONCORD came and laid waste to him.
My question is this: will CONCORD blast me if I try to rep his shields/armor/hull? Will they count that as hostile "shooting"?

Simple answer: Yes. Remote repping a global criminal makes you global crim. Also, remote repping a rat will also get you Concorded.

What about before they are a global criminal? Should I be fleeted up with a non corp member in the future and try to rep them (before they've shot at me) will CONCORD see this as hostile since I am "shooting" them?

you can rep anyone anywhere aslong as they arent criminal flagged, it doesnt count as agression so if you rep him in or out of fleet and he shoots you he goes t1ts up.
Reppign ppl will only flag you towards ppl that are hostiel to that character I.E At war with or flagged like can stealing/agression.

If you are repping someone and they then go and get themsleves concorded (with you still repping them), then you will BOTH get shot up by concord.

remote repping somone who is outlaw even if they are in your corp also gets you flagged.

Speaking of, when logistics got boosted a few months back, there were some people hanging around trade hubs remote repping people and their drones and whatever to show off their nifty toys. So I asked for a remote rep with an alt I happened to have around, and shot some other guy while he was doing it. I almost passed out from laughter, he wasn't nearly as elated as I was
