Ive come back from a serveral month eve break to find one of my 2 aco****s has been hacked. My other character transfered all his stuff to an al (dont think im allowed to name him here), and then Skaarjo this character, trasnferred all his stuff including a freighter + 135mil to the same all, all on the same day within the space of 5 minutes.
Ive looked at the contract history, and everything was transferred for 0 isk, and it was done after i started my break from eve. Ive sent a petition in accounts & billing, but so far theres been no response, i did leave as much info as i could gather.
Is there any way i can atleast get notification its being looked into, as its kinda stuck a dampner on coming back to eve

That sounds great, but erm, whats their email adresses? and do i have to send a naughty picture of myself also to get anything done?

Ive still not had any sort of reply its been over 24 hours, and noone has got back to me saying they are atleast investigating this. I even emailed wrangler and kieron directly and theres been no response! This isnt some crappy reimbursment petition, someones got into my account at some point.
Anyone got any ideas?

They'll get to it eventually, don't worry. They tend to get a lot of emails. When they do finally get round to it the usual procedure is to ban the account to make sure nothing further can happen to it (I hope you've changed your password of course) and they will then go through everything and try to get back what was lost. Of course, they can't guarantee you'll get everything you lost, especially if it's been quite a while since the incident happened. The process of reacquiring everything can take up to a week as well, so it's a lengthy process.

Why am I sure that this person went like "**** it, i'm leaving", gave his account to a "friend" and then had his **** jacked?

I hope you petitioned under exploit, those are responded to within minutes. When my account was hacked way back in 05 or 06 I petitioned and within 10 minutes I had everything I needed back... But that was 05/06
