I have been reading about the 7th fleet battles and etc going on in the bleaklands, but i dont know what this is about. Is this just a story?
Or maybe npc's?

NPCs, ISD (star division i think they may not be around anymore due to a recent shake up , dont quote me though) and role players involved on both sides of the conflict in this highly scripted epic struggle.

are you talking about fleet battles, like many players vs many players?
does EVE supports this feature?

Simple. Be there at the time it happens.
EVE has these events. There used to be more of them before they shut down the highly successful Aurora program for no apparent reason.
All you have to do is be in the right place at the right time.

You can catch these events if you read the right forums. Such as the Intergalactic Summit.
Initial threads on IGS:
Amarr Navy: The 7th Fleet opens its auxillary wing
Defiants: The Defiants call upon you.
The main involved player Alliances are (among others):
For the Amarr Navy: Vigilia Valeria [-VV-], Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris [PIE]
For the Defiants: Ushra'Khan [UNITY]

Unless these events have changed over the last yr or so they are about impossible to join in with unless you are in EU timezones since most of them happen in their prime times.

I think it's the Aurora-division doing the story in Eve?
ISD - Aurora and they seem to be quite alive still :)
IIRC it was only the forum-moduration that got shaken up.
