Anyone know where the eve music files are kept?
I'm looking to get a few sounds for a video, such as a ship blowing up and 'your security status has been lowered', etc.
are they in a format that can be played by a media player like winamp?

They aren't stored in a format I know how to read, unfortunately. I'd love to also get the game sounds and music out for use in other things, but as far as I can tell, they are stored in your Eve root directory as resMusic.stuff and resSND.stuff
If anyone else has any information on this, I'd love to also hear it.

Havent looked in ages but im sure there are a couple large music files, mp3 maybe not sure, which has a lot of that stuff. So look for one large file rather then seperate files for each sound/effect.

They are stored in the resMusic.stuff files, in OGG format. The above mentioned program will extract them. Enjoy.

i've heard there is a way of putting you're own mp3 music into eve jukebox thing. Is this true if so anyone know how to go about this?
