It seems like a good Terms and Conditions until:
Quote: Should the final auction winner be unable to complete the transaction, for whatever reason, their deposit will be retained by Omega Enterprises.
If they've put down 10b, they're serious about buying, you should refund the deposit if it falls through.
Also, limiting the auction to allies (while your call) limits your (rich) buyer base. Consider removing the section on hostiles being revoked on bids. I wont be buying this, but I hope it helps.
If you're going to remove a signature, at least make sure it's got something that breaks the EULA, k-ta. |

If they've put down 10b, they're serious about buying, you should refund the deposit if it falls through.
The 10B is a deposit.
If you do not win the auction, your deposit is refunded. If you do win the auction, the 10B is applied towards the purchase price.
In the event that the winner is unable to complete the transaction, their deposit is forfeit. In the event that Omega Enterprises chooses to decline the transaction, the deposit is refunded.
All funds are held by a third party, Chribba.
Except for docking the ship and using the in game contract system, nothing more can be done to ensure the authenticity and seriousness of the particpants.

I agree with your hostiles tbh. Speaking as one of them i think you'd find a much larger market if you dropped that catch.
Its a shame really. I quite fancied a shroom of doom. Consider this a free bump. <><><>Together we gank, devided we pop<><><><>

I for one would jump at the chance to take down a ship from my own production line in the hands of a foe.

We are not searching for a bigger market, therefore conditions stay as is. A pilot in my corp is still waiting to fly this ship, in case we do not find a potential customer.
