Join a small mission running corp with high standings tbh. My corp had over a 5.0 to caldari state at one point in time

I'm like at least lvl 35. I'll pull aggro and you can buff and heal, ok? Just gotta get some Boots of Escaping from the merchant in Stone Forge first, or my mana will recharge too slow.

You probably don't want mercs for this job. Just a newbie unqualified guess, but I reckon any successful merc is a) making more money than you could pay from their work, and b) would probably find it too boring in comparison to what they do. Missioners might be interested though, if you were paying enough in comparison to the missions themselves.

i remember we were thinking of trying for 7.0 for a suroken pos 
i know some guy was offering to run missions for 10k/lp
that and you guys are at war, lots of people wont want to gang you because of that

Usually the top level mercs that do top level missions do this when they find good loot.
Sig removed, lacks Eve-related content - Cortes

no, but you see the word levels is used in more situations than WoW.
the concept of levels is for example older than that blizzard game, far older.
although many people who post here reveal their WoW-ness by thinking no one can ever use the word levels without refering to that game.
flames in this forum have gone down a few levels of late (and no they havent lost sp points)
a low level miner is simply someone who flies cheap ships and uses civilian miners, see

Yeah "n00b", don't you know that the end-game is the LVL 99 Warlock that uses cap to perma-run mana, to perma-run guns on Abaddon ?
