Hello evil dudes and dudettes alike...
I've been browsing through the forums and it seems that some time ago there were agents who could be bribed for a sec-status fix .. Does anyone know whether they are still around?
I love PvP, but I am not strong enough yet to mess with 0.0 alliances and lowsec is the only option.. unfortunately it takes ages for me to grind my sec back up, even with 0.0 ratting in my BC.

After you fix your sec status just don't pod. You'll be able to keep your sec up with ease if you run L4s in high sec.

I don't pod in low without a good reason..
but some kills with -0.5% and -2.0% each pulls sec down noticeably.. one day of pure pew-pewing could bring me from 0 to -8 or so.
Seriously I want to bribe agents.. 10mil/1 sec point, I don't care :D

Yah I gave up trying to keep sec up so -10 again. That said I was able for awhile to keep it around -1.9. Tell I started playing more and lost it in a hurry.

Who cares about positive sec. Hisec is possibly the worst place to be for anyone who pew pews in EVE. I'm actually TRYING to get my sec down. And so far, so good. 2 Battleship kills, BC kill... pod kills.... etc.

Confirming this, they dropped two dreads (at the time of the 0 ROF glitch) on my vaga... 
oh yeah, that and they wouldn't engage our frigate gang which we brought for lulz to their home system of "Jeni"
edit oh yeah and their CEO lost a raven to one of our thorax pilots...

If there was a way to bribe your sec up i bet all the money in the world every pirate tryin to fix his sec would use it.
That said there isnt one the proccess of going from -10 to -1.9 is slow, painful, and makes you think about doing physical harm to small cute things.
Also before anyone says it yes im an alt if you wanna know my main ask and ill post it but as of right now im banned so meh

Seriously though.. as an alternative to this, are there currently good 0.0 systems/constellations one could hope to fly around in solo?
I realize it's all about myblob > enemy's blob today but cmon, there has to be a good way to get PvP without suffering these nasty penalties

The best was to fix your sec status is to gate and/or station camp an area that is full of farmbots.

For those really bothering to get their status up a tad faster with ratting..Social Level 4. Then train Fast Talk, that gives 5% per level in security increase with Concord. Flashiness has it's pros and cons, depending on your Yarrage Factor.

I training up fast talk to lvl 3 right now... but my lack of caring at all for charisma is costing me 
Good thing about being a goon... a veritable ****load of 0.0 to rat in for the few minutes a day I can stand it for
Hit -6.7 from -10 in a week and I shall see all you pretty little jetcan miners really soon in my rifter or incurses... whatever I feel like flippping your little cans in

I know I'll never really get it up, it's pointless, and the only thing I lose in the end is that I have to use alts to sell loot/resupply, but hey, relogging to a alt once per week to do a bit of hauling isn't too horrible.

Yep, had a similar experience... no sec blobbing and lagging almost made me quit (i took a month out eventually) but -10.0 yarrage has kept me here
