Im after a typhoon setup for ratting triple 1.8 mill Gurista BS spawns. And a setup for a bit of drone ratting also, my drone skills arnt up to much yet but soon will be.

just off the top of my head
4x Cruise launchers 3x 1200 artillery 1x Drone link augmentor
100mn afterburner II Sensor Booster II 2x cap recharger II
Large Armour Rep II Armour Kinetic II Armour Thermic II Cap Relay II Damage Control II Gyro II Ballistic Control II
5x Ogre 5x Medium Neut Drones (to cap out any small ships that tackle you)
that should fit with Awu 4, otherwise might need to stick a reactor control in there instead of the gyro or something.

Outside the Box ratting setup.
For 0.0 ratting only. Not for PvP.
4 cruises 4 arties
fill every mid slot with rat specific shield hardeners
Fill every low slot with damage mods. Gyros and BCUs.
All the drones you can carry.
The BS rats go down quicker than a prom queen under the bleachers.

Here's the setup I use. I think it will work against pretty much any rats, and not just Guristas. (I've even run some simpler complexes with it.) I lose some DPS of course, having fit tractor beam, salvager and cloaking module.. But we're talking rats here, and the DPS loss doesn't matter that much. Instead I can easily loot and salvage, and jump to a safe spot and cloak, should I need to go AFK or if hostile forces enter the system.
Idea behind the "omni tank" is also to be able to survive long enough, for friendly forces to reach You, should You be unlucky and get jumped by a small roaming gang.

It's a carefree setup and it works like a charm.

Mid: 4 x T2 Cap Rechargers
Low: LAR, DCU II, 1 Expl Hardener, 1 Therm Hardener, 1 Kinetic Hardener, 2 x BCS II
Rigs: Trimark Armor Pump Anti-Explosive Pump Anti-Kinetic Pump
Drones: Whatever I can fit.. My drone skills need work
Perma runs the LAR, resists all around 70-75% and packs a decent punch. My goal is to get my drone skills up to T2 Mediums. The reason I use AC over Arty is that a lot of the drone battleships like to fit MWD's and get within 20km.

I for one still use Torpedos, looks like everyone else dropped them.
4x Torpedo Launcher 2 1x Heavy Nos 1x Tractor Beam 1x Salvager 1x Anything else...
1x 100mn MWD 1x Heavy Cap Booster (Rarely used) 1x Cap Recharger 2 1x ECM Burst (to get away from hostile PCs if they catch me)
1x Large Armor Repair 2 2x Kinetic Hardner 1x Thermal Hardner 2x Ballistic Control 2 1x 1600mm Plate
3x CCC Rigs
5x Ogre II 5x ECM Light 5x Kinetic Light II
This setup kills the BSs quickly enough that you do not even need to use the injector the majority of the time and I never carry more than 2 charges in my cargo hold. It is mainly backup in case of Hostile PC engagements.
You can swap out the Plate for other useful items sometimes too, Nanofiber or WCS(you don't need range remember)

Personally I'd go something with max DPS... cruise and arty won't "chew" through any BS.

after mucking around this provides great DPS, 559/1515 AND a decent PERMA TANK sustained at 303. IF you have the skills. "Speak quietly and carry a big torpedo."
