I've come to the conclusion that GM's do not even read what you write to them in petition. It started with this

Local was empty and I filed a petition to have myself moved, in which I was told that the GM's were aware of the server issues around Tribute and they would work as fast as they could to resolove them. After about 30 mintues the system finally loaded and I was able to warp about 5 min later. Once I hit the other gate I was again stuck and unable to even active the gate to jump into WH-JCA. After a few minutes I watched my shields start to decline rapidly as a hostile gang jumped in and killed my ship, without me even being able to jump, lock, or load any hostiles on my screen.

The GM admitted that there were server issues and that my ship was stuck. I was stuck in a system that was bugged and died. How are there no logs

Waiting long time for a reply now...I filed a stuck petition in a system that was empty and 100% lagged out. Somehow 45 min later a few randomers manage to load system finally and kill my tempest sitting on the gate stuck in space. So far the GM has failed to read anything I said to him/her

Edit out your GM quotes, they don't allow that.
It really depends on what GM you get answering your petition. A few times i've had a very helpful and informative GM, others they simply copy + paste a generic reply which doesn't even relate to my question. |

So they basically said that in order to give you your ship they needed to verify that the loss was caused exclisively by server issue. And they couldn't. So you don't get your ship back.

These arent GM convo logs, they are generic copy and pastes which everyone has seen before.
And one GM admitted that the server was bugged and totally lagged out whilst having 0 people in local. So um how is their no evidence of a server issue?

No, the GM did not say anything about specific nods being "bugged" or "totally lagged out." I've copied and pasted the logs (to reference). They said that while it was a possibility they can't verify it at their end, and in addition server LAG (different from a server BUG) is not a reason for ship reimbursement. This is also in the official reimbursement policy.

While I know how much it sucks to lose a ship due to an insane amount of lag, and not being able to do anything about it, I'm afraid that's not getting you a reimbursement. Like the GM said, there was no bug/error on the server, just bad performance (lag), which is neither a bug or an error.

a system that does not load after 30+ min and is empty is not lagged, it is bugged. There is no reason for an empty system to take over 30+ min to load and my ship sits on a gate as I watch my shield and armor slowly drop being able to do anything.
This wasnt some omfg 500 people in local fleet fight, in fact it was over 50 jumps from the destination, but they always pull all the server power from the north to assist all the fights in the south. So somehow I am supposed to know where all the power was pulled from and just dock up until the fight is over.
