For a guy who has just run a bunch of missions to get 8.00 standings with say... Astral Mining, to find out that they have no medical facilities with which to install jump clones would be fairly frustrating. I did my missions with Fed Navy, so this doesn't apply to me, but that doesn't mean I can't see where the poor guy's coming from. In my opinion, every NPC corp should have at least one medical facility, even if it's in lowsec or wherever.

Like there aren't enough stations out there with medical facilities 
It's not like you gotta go 10 jumps to get to a clone vat sheesh some people are sooo lazy it makes me wonder why they even bother to play

Well even still if you think along the lines of the story you would figure that almost every station in the game should have a medical bay. Kinda standard percidure. Like a first aid station.

The man's talking jumpclones. Though I suppose they are available to all comers at Freeport Tortuga, you just have to run the EC-P8R perma-camp. That or bring a fleet and chase em off long enough to grab clones as needed.

Of course, there's no rule to say that you have to get to EC via Torrinos..
