Hey, I have the "incompatible: Protocol" message now, but I didn't have the problem yesterday.
I could log in fine, almost as soon as TQ went back up.
I now have incompatible protocol. Is this just because the server is down now or what?

Same for me, incompatable (protocol) issue.
I carried out all the steps advised yesterday (19th), tried the same today but the folder specified is empty.
Extended downtime today from 11.00 to 14.00. We will be deploying Trinity 1.0.3 fixing Incompatible (Protocol) issue.

Same here.
I've done the cmd-ping thingy etc - np.
I've searched for those %ALLUSER/ bla bla /ccp - no such files there (got show hidden on)
I tried to look for firewall stuff in windowed mode - nothing.
It worked fine until now...
What's going on?

Incompatible protocol again.
It happened yesterday as well, before this ******* hotfix.
Yesterday the damn deletion worked and I could sign in and play.
May I suppose that CCP quit doing hotfixes for a working solution?
That is non-tested hotfixes.

We are currently patching TQ. That means that your current client will not be able to connect until you patch. Patching will be available when TQ is up again.

I wasn't sure because I knew yesterday a load of people said they had Incompatible protocol, yet I logged in without problems.
Oh well, I got 2 hours or so free....
But hey...rather a few hours of DT than not being able to connect again.

The thing is that every thing I have looking at the server said that the server is up. So what is it up or down?

I had tried that but it did not work. now there seems to be a new patch that has come out. There are 6 players but the server is not accepting any connections.
