The character is a great PvP starter, with Battle Cruiser ,Spaceship Command, Caldari Frig and Caldari Cruiser all trained to 5 The character can start training Assault Ships immediately! Also, he has nearly perfect learning (all skills at 5 except presence which is training to 4 than 5 now) http://ineve.net/skills/character.php?charID=MTgxOTY5MTY5 The character has a positive but minimal wallet, a low but positive sec status (.1 I believe) and no enemies. He has only been in one corp, and will be out of that corp by tomorrow. I will pay the tranfer cost. The auction... Starting Bid - 1.5 Billion ISK Buyout - 3 Billion ISK Bid increments - 100mil No reserve. The auction will go until Feb 29, or the buyout, whichever comes first. Kakizaki will be collecting the ISK, and any questions you would like to ask in game by Evemail or convo, should be directed his way.

The character has some trade skills, but not so many science skills. Still, he can use T2 Mine lasers, so a decent mining set up is possible.

Not sure why I havent gotten a bid yet, but I have had several inquiries. Anyway, in an effort to make Thomas Aliari more attractive, I have started training propulsion Jamming. That leaves Presence at 4, but once he has Propulsion Jamming 5 he can train Heavy Interdictors as he has all the other skills.

Other than ship/learning skills, your training is kind of all over the place.... Shield/engineering skills and missile skills need to be developed more fully. Also, for HAC, I believe you need Electronics V and Electronics Upgrades V (at work, so not able to verify this atm). Nav skills also lacking.... Suggestions? Train up HAC requirements a bit better.... (electronics/upgrades) so the char can actually get into a HAC rather than just jump into the hull and make it look pretty....

If he doesnt sell in a couple days (which looks like the case) I will probably pull him and improve his tank skills, and get him into a HAC and a HICtor, and put him back on the market in a couple months.
