Just like a warp interdiction bubble, but cloaks everything inside it. Really like the idea for added security of mining ops -- might bring Rorquals to scanned belts. There are ways that CCP can balance the capability with the ability for hostiles to compromise the ops that would use them.

As i see it there are absolutely no metioned negative things about this cloak bubble. As far as cloaking itself goes you cant lock so how would you like to lock an asteroid with your mining ship. If you want added mining security here's what you should do:
1: Get a couple of scouts 2: Get a cyno guy so the rorq can jump out any second 3: Keep an eye on the surrounding systems so that you dont activate the factory mode on the rorq if there are enemies in a range of 3j away. 4: Have large bubbles on the gates to slow a big fleet down. ---------------------------------------------- Supplier Class Ship - The Jump Freighter as it should be |

I suppose it could act as a security blind... all the enemy would have to do would be to warp within the bubble to see and target you... or the bubble for that matter.
How about Deadspace generators then? Hide your POS with em and force any aggressor to go through a series of accelerator gates to find your station.
Course that would only work if a POS weren't restricted to 500km around a moon.

What about a deployable scan jammer? Appears on overview like a cyno, while active it stops the use of the ship scanner and scan probes?
You could also tie this to the cloak generator, ie you get your cloaking generator, but it is visible throughout the system like a cyno would be... They will know your there, but to get you they need to pop the generator first? ç¦ |
