It should be noted that this isn't the only way to look at it. On the day FIN closes you will recieve the initial purchase price on these shares back. So assuming you buy 1 share at 10k.
If FIN closes tomorrow, you will get your 10k back
If FIN closes in one month you will get your 10k plus 400 isk back (104% return)
If FIN closes in 12 months you will get your 10k plus 4,800 isk back (148% return)
So buying up 1b worth of FIN shares can net you just under 1.5b over a 1 year period. This of course assumes no scams etc take place which is unlikely as FIN has paid out approximately 80% of initial invesment at this point I believe.

FIN's a nice buy, only problem lately has been the lateness of the dividends, although as it is secured it's not a terribly big deal.
