There is something called a EVE Search, it allows you to search for threads of your interest.
I am feeling nice enough to post my setup though...
sence its for gang...
highs
7 x 220mm II (Barrage M), 1 x Skirmish Warfare mod
meds
1 x 10mn MWD II, Medium Elec Cap booster (800), Shield Boost Amplifier II, Invul Field II, X-Large Shield Booster II (faction works better for fitting)

2 x Overdrive II, 1 x Nanofiber II, 2 x Gyro II
2 x Polycarbon rigs
8 x Warrior II
There is absolutely no point in fitting shield extenders on this ship.

i'd say that 0.0 was a great excuse to fit a LSE, for when a sizeable gang make you primary.

Thats why you want to use a faction x-large sb if you want to fit everything. Cost 100-200 mil for an ok one (DG one works)

I enjoy this for group camping:
7x 650mm II (EMP)
1x 'Arbalest' Standard Launcher
1x Large SB II
2x Invul II
2x Boost Amp
3x Gyro
2x Cap Flux
2x CCC
I don't see why it wouldn't work for other things. Obviously not a solowtfpwn mobile but it gets the job done, and in style. It's probably worth noting I have a -3% CPU impant for turrets.

There is if you want to survive a DDD. Extenders will give you enough to do it.
