In my view genuinly focused PVP toon is 1 one race only. All guns up to capital to 5. As in 1 type of guns.
I think a lot of people just put some basic skill into capital and sell em as capital ready which does not make sense to me, so say like if i saw a toon with all guns to 5 up to capital i would fall in love with it. Capital is not required but ofc its a bonus.
Spaceship comand again, dont want to see hundreds of ships in there half trained, better to have fewer ships but all to 5, and again only single race. Decent support skills and sizable drone section.
And last but not least PVP attributes composition, perception-willpower oriented ).
This is my ideal PVP toon.

This char has 40.5mill sp mostly in amarr capital turrent at 4 can fly almost any amarr ship 8.5 mill sp in gunnery all amarr weapons
