I was doing level 2 agent mission and I got a storyline mission that asks me to go into lowsec. Off course I cant take the risk, since I cant afford to lose 42mil in implants to gankers. I wanted to decline the mission, but it says I wont be able to progress in storyline if I do that.... So that's it? Am I screwed? As soon as the mission offer expires I wont be able to continue the storyline? EVER?

Well, the storyline involves you going to that particular lowsec system, so even if you could take it again in the future, you'd just decline it again, as it will send you into lowsec again.
That said, I think that if you switch agents, the new agent might give you the same mission at some random point in the future, but in a different solar system. I'm not 100% sure of this, though.

That warning is simply telling you that you will not get the next part in the multipart mission set. If you decline that mission you will not get the corp and faction standings increase for completing the storyline mission set.
If you continue running mission as you were before, that storyline agent will offer you another mission. It might be the same mission set or it might be a different one.
If you want to receive missions from a different storyline agent located further from low sec you will need to complete your 16th regular mission with an agent that is located near a different storyline agent that better suits your needs.

use an alt to jump into the system and see if it safe...
you may get lucky

Randomly generated missions, yeah.
This is not like the Onyxia keying process. Or the chain to unlock Karazhan, heh. Nothing like that here.

He is talking about WoW.
Why don't you go into low sec? I've been playing for roughly 20 days and I've only blown up twice but survived both times in my pod.
