can you convert trails to full accounts without the aid of a CC im talking exclusively using GTC and then funs the account solely using GTC

The community isn't going downhill, it's always been like this here. The Newbie Questions and Answers forum, which is where this belongs, is much more friendly than here. Here, people just don't care about you or anyone, heh.
In any case, the answer is yes it's possible. If you just want to pay without the aid of a CC, you can Pay Pal or get one of those pre-paid cash cards from WalMart. If you specifically want to use GTC's and / or pay for the GTC with ISK, the only issue you'll have is that trial accounts can't post on the forum where GTC's are sold, and you must instead contact the seller in-game via eve-mail.
As far as the actual process of activating the account with the GTC code, it's somewhere on the Account Activation page. Don't remember the exact details unfortunately.
