You need to give more info like PvP, PvE which type of both? Blasters or railguns? e.c.t Do you want passive or active? Out of the box or common setups?

Don't bother answering Pottsey. He's just gonna tell you to passive shield tank it anyways. He doesn't know how to tank any other way and will argue with anyone for hours that with the right implants and the right gang bonuses in the right situation, and while not tackling the passive shieldtank is best.

Tbh if you dont want to spend 2B on it, it wont get aaaall that much better than a standard mega.
You can just use a standard T2 fit neutron mega setup, and add an adaptive nano membrane (not energized) to pump up the resists, and make good use of those extra HP the boat gives.

Faction armor setup i use that work very well:
7x Neutron Blaster cannon II(Fed navy Antimatter and Null)
1x Medium energy Neutralizer II
1x heavy electrochemical cap booster
1x 100mn MWD II
1x Fleeting webber(or faction)
1x Faint warp prohibitor I(or faction)
3x Gallente Navy Magstab
2x Amarr navy EANM
1x Pseudoelectron containment field( 1% less resists then IFFA and costs less then half)
2x 1600mm Rolled tungsten armor plates
3x Trimark armor pump I
5x Wasp EC-900 or Ogre II's. ECM is alot better for smaller gangs however.
Note that this setup needs a +3% to cpu amount implant to fit. I treat myself to 2x 3% damage implants aswell

Some of you guys on this forum have real problems. I was only trying to be helpful and know I dont always recommand passive tanks thats silly. But you cannot recommand a setup without knowing a little about what type of setup is needed.
