I understand the concept but it does not really help the reputation of this game much. I doubt I would cry from your stories, and I am sure you have some doosies. I would probably just get even more angry to hear of all the other crap that nothing was done about as well.

There are game mechanics in place that, used correctly, can prevent you from being scammed. However, I doubt your losses come anywhere near the infamous GHSC heist. And there have been numerous large scale thefts since that one too. So take it on the chin and learn from it.

If you'd actually read the EULA (you know, that big thing of text that you were given when you first logged on to EVE), you'd know that scamming is perfectly within the rules. The great thing about CCP is that they don't babysit. There's actually a measure of personal responsibility in EVE.

It was just a share sale scam that I fell for He supposedly had some shares of FRPB that he was selling.......he has some others as well he was trying to sell or scam earlier today in another thread.

If you look at his post history he had agreed to send shares to a head of a corp or alliance......well guess what that person did not receive shares either. So you go ahead and agree to buy his shares and see what you end up with. If you would look through some of the other threads he is in you will see exactly what happened

I am just trying to present the information and people can make up their own minds. Our you could ask in the MD forums about the guy or about me for that matter. I have only had one transaction with anyone but it went through with no problems what so ever.

I doubt you've spoken to anyone in our private corp channel, since there's maybe one guy there every two days since my CEO, and all my friends have gone MIA and don't play anymore. And I really doubt they'd give you these names if you had met anyone in any kind of channels, because these are clearly not my alts. But keep on, keep on.
