I'm up for auction.
My skills
High lights: 105 skills trained, 23 lvl 5 skills and more than 14 mill SP when current skill complete in a couple of days.
Advantages:
 Can fly a Hulk as well as do Ice mining, Industrials Amarr-4 and Gallente-1.
 Covert Ops and cloaking at 4, with good survey and scanning skills.
 Adequate Learning skills.
Cybernetics 5 completed around early Wed Feb. 27th.
 Implants all +4 except charisma +3.
More than 30 basic skills bought and trained to level 1, so you can easily continue to train these when needed.
Short term possibilities:
Rokh Mining- Train Caldari Battleship to lvl 3 (currently at 1)
Caldari Cruiser trained to 40%, (16 days left) - Will let you start use many support ship, especially maybe the Caldari Recon ships to take advantage of my CovOp skills.
Positive wallet, some assets(mostly minerals/books) spread around worth a couple of millions, also a frigate and a industrial in currently docked station.
I'm currently located in Hek, in addition I have two jump clones in the 0.0 stations PURE Dark Elf Memorial and Atrum Tempestas Labores Solis.
Start bid: 1.8 bill
Increase: 100 mill
Buy Out: 3.2 bill
reserve: not sure I have one, unless I get just a few very low bids.
Sniper: 10 minutes
