OK.
Tried running 0.0 plexes. Anchored a POS. It got found and destroyed with my 2 BSs.
Went back to low sec. Spent the last of my ISK on a HIC. Just lost that to a blob :(
Now skint and losing direction. Don't really want to quit eve but to be honest I'm bored.
What can I do !?

Become a billionaire. The less you start with , the more challenging it is. Earning ISK as an outlaw with no alt is spicy fun.

The only thing that keeps me going in Eve is my friendly corporation and awesome alliance. Their goals are my goals, and my degree of contribution/participation is a decent measuring stick for my success in the game. I maintain interest in isk-earning because I know what I'm buying with that isk, and how helpful those things will be to both myself and my alliance. I maintain interest in PvP because I'm in fun gangs with trustworthy leaders.
My only recommendation for individuals who are losing interest in the game is to actively search for a corporation of like-minded players to join up with. Otherwise, put it on hold and explore other games. Eve isn't the greatest game out there for all gamers... different people have different needs and there are other games that could better meet them. Try a few.

Go and play Pirates of the Caribbean MMO. It will keep you interested for 86.25 milliseconds and make you see what a truely boring MMO is like.
