My hard drive has over a gigabyte of PvP videos found from these forums and the EVE Movies section. However, Not a single one shows the non-pirate/PvP aspect of EVE. So, I figured its about time we change the tides. Get moving in the direction of friendly EVE Movies. Here is the pilot episode of a new concept for EVE Movies.
Extreme Hauling - Pilot Episode
To Save Space, This video was encoded with RealMedia. I hate RealPlayer, so I use the RealAlternative. Its free, no spyware, its legal, and uses Windows Media Player to play RM and RMA Files. -------------------------------------------

Amusing video. In fact just a few camera and editing tricks but it captured a splendid piece of boredom
I actually downloaded the player, it's only marginally smaller than the video itself.

However the point about only-pvp movies being made (well and recruitment movies which mostly just show fancy ships) is a good one.
I've been thinking for a couple of concepts which don't include PVP and just a solo ship. My retirement movie was in part a step in that direction although not as great as I envisioned.
One day... another movie or fifty.
This was intended to be completely satirical.
But I suppose a series of videos could be made honoring those brave Indy pilots that run pirate blockades. -------------------------------------------

[sarcasm off]
If you would make a vid from a jump in a Ark belt and see a 3 BSs and 8 cruiser NPC spawn blowing up you ship in some seconds and the half of the mining fleet, you would see that hauling is fun ;)
Or wannabe pvper kill your indi on the way to the next station ;)

Actually hauling can be very fruitful, dangerous and exciting.
This pic for example is taken after a spawn appeared in the belt in 0.0 forcing me to flee. However the can was about to timeout with 419 bistot in it and the serpentis were 40km away.
So what do I do? I naturally go after the ore!
Jump in 10km from the can, open it up while getting shot at, drag the ore over and try to warp to sun. But get stuck on a rock with 7 Serpentis nailing my Iteron 3 arse and approaching fast.
Luckily I managed to stop warp, realign the ship with my ABs and warp out with one last missile following me awfully far away, if it had connected I'm pretty sure I'd have lost the Iteron
But I didn't! That was one fun escapade, I can't wait to try a maneuever like that again

Hmmm...Nice vid.. Is it Soilwork as soundtrack? If not, it's really similar. (\_/) (O.o) (> <)=Oveur (proof) "Jumping 50 systems I can like, have sex 150 times during that period" |

That was fun as hell * -"You know, we play the "good guys" right? We kill pirates, griefers, retards and general subversive elements in the EVE-Community. To the rest, we are friendly and always prepared to help out. Peo |

Found it quite dull... I mean; switch the music off and it's boring as hell.
And tone down those transitions a bit :)

Hmmm....since you are requesting more non-pvp EVE-movies I suppose I could post one of mine non-pvp's.
And since this topic seems to be about hauling here is my tribute to all haulers I made the other day (right-click and save-as):
NSN-File #7: Truckin' (23mb)
click on sig for all my videos

Leafo - That video is Awesome. Im a sucker for music matching movement, and that was beautiful. I have seen other NSN videos, and you guys have the best editing work by far. -------------------------------------------
