I imagine you're going to right way about it. You need to get CCP Mindstar's attention on the forums, though you could try to evemail him about it too.
By the way, long time no speak mate - hope all is going well.

This cannot be a big issue. Just have whomever speaks for the team during the present match in the correct channel.
That's what we did last time when I couldn't make all the matches.
Should/would/could have, HAVE you chav!

dunno i know is a channel or was one on the 3 Tornament ... on 4 we was no't on ...channel with Team leaders or somting don't remeber

That would be the team captains channel or what's its face yes. Have one guy on there and deductive logic dictates that is the then team captain.
