i have to admit i love pvp..a little too much. i spent too much money on ships and equipment to where i have nothing to fly around in. and my sec wont let me back to my missions. i have no way to do anything now and resorted to buying isk yes i bought it whatever. i didnt do it merely to break the rules i did it because of the rush i get from pvping that eve worked so hard to obtain and because of this addict when my money was sent not even 2 days later it was removed by a gm. it is against the rules like i said but is it so bad that without the isk i cant even play the game anymore? so now i am down to nothing and to eve i say..this is my goodbye.

And yeah, bounties are always a way to comeback.

So you just want to quit.
As people above said, you can always make isk by ratting in belts.

I've lost and regained my stuff so many times now I've lost count by now
Also, If you absolutely feel the need to buy ISK, do it via GTCs pls. At least that way you're helping out people who can't afford to pay for the game.

So the problem is you didn't want to do anything but PvP so felt you needed to buy ISK.
Here is the proper solution. Sorry its a bit late. http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=channel&channelID=544711

Because he sucks so bad at PvP that he needs the billion isk for 50 dollars. 150 mil for 15 dollars just isn't enough, you know.

Shouldn't have bought isk dude, you knew they'll catch you. The isk selling company dont care, they got your money, and you got nothing to show for it.

im sorry that the only real skill is those people who have 3years + on the game and dont even know what tech one is anymore. so if waiting 3 years is considered skill then wow your just so awesome arent you. ya i only got 8.6mil sp but it isnt enough sometimes and the isk isnt easy to get all the time. oh but it is for some of you thats right youve been on so long you dont know how to die anymore. lets think of it this way. since skill doesnt really determine whether you live its more on sp. you spent money on all those years of sp, i spent money on isk to hopefully have weapons to fight you are we really so different? >.> that you hate me for trying to "like" the game.

Edited by: Dirk Magnum on 27/02/2008 04:44:13 Oh so you mean we should be penalized for having experience with internet spaceships. Granted I've only been in-game for a bit under two years, not the three that you have laid out as the benchmark for uber experience status, but still. I have never bought isk either illegitimately or in the form of GTC's, and I fought in BoB's wars for two months, and blew through my whole 600 million ISK wallet in the process (more like a billion if you count the ships I already owned that I lost.) You just have to learn to deal with a meager wallet. Remember that you can rat in anything from 0.1 and up with an assault frigate, and you only have to kill fifty NPC BC's to buy one of those, if you have a wallet with zero isk to start with.

you can buy a game time card for 15$
then you can trade them to another player using the time code forum on the eve site.
THey give you 170 mil isk you give thier account one month of time.
this means CCP gets money, someone that can't grind isk 24/7 gets isk, and someone who CAN grind isk 24/7 doesn't have to pay real money to play eve.
it's a sucure system that CCP introduced to stop isk farmers form making money off of thier game and allow for players with different types of lives to still play on an even playing field.
any real hardocre eve player loves the GTC trade because they can pay for game time with isk.

Fair enough. This is true. I'm not against GTC's. I'll probably end up selling one to support my carrier skill training at some point in the next few months because I've fallen behind in my isk-per-week quota needed to support the billion ISK in skills I still need to get. I was just saying that a low wallet isn't the end of the world.
Well maybe it is if you are like clinically addicted to PvP in which case you have other problems
