Every Militiaman is your brother at arms, irrespective of his nationality, race or creed. You will demonstrate this by an unwavering, straight forward solidarity, which will bind you and your comrades together. You will be respectful of the Aegis Militia's traditions and honour your superiors. Discipline and comradeship are your strength; courage and loyalty your virtues. Proud of your status as a militiaman, you will display this pride. Your turnout, always impeccable. Your behavior, ever worthy. As an elite soldier you will train vigorously, you will maintain your weapons as if they were your most precious possessions, and keep your ship in the peak of condition, always fit for battle. A mission, once given to you, becomes sacred. You will accomplish it to it's end, no matter the cost. In combat; you will act without remorse, and carry out your task without hatred or resentment.
