just got my covetor was wondering what i should fit it with should i use certin things or just what ever i can fit i know there's a good fitting thats why im asking. so if you have any suggestions please post your topics on what you would use.

I would use:
Mining Laser Upgrade II
Expanded Cargohold II
Survey Scanner II
3x Modulated Strip Miner II, Ore specific Mining Crystal II
But because you lack probably the skills you can use regular Strip Miner I (doesn't need crystals) and Mining Laser Upgrade I

Yup, Strip Miners in the high slots, Survey Scanner in middle, and Expanded Cargo / Mining Upgrades in the lows. If you use Tech 2 modules, beware of suicide gankers, the loss of your ship will cost more if you have expensive modules on it.

If you lack the skills, you may need a co-processor instead of an expanded cargohold in the other low slot for now.
Electronics and Mining Upgrades skills will make it easier to fit everything on a barge/exhumer. When you get to the Hulk, you'll want two Mining Laser Upgrades in the low slots, as it can fit them. The Covetor can only manage one.
Even if you're using Strip Miner I's (the skills to get all the crystals take a little while), go for the Mining Laser Upgrade II's early.

i wouldn't fir a survey scanner in mid slots on a coveter, it only has one...use a shield booster, that way you don't get killed by rats in .5 sec (unlikely, but possible with lower drone skills).
On a hulk, same thing pretty much, shield booster, survey scanner and resistance amplifiers (if you want) lows can be cargo expanders or mining laser upgrades (depends if you're mining into cargo or into a can)
