1. okay so how do i update my clone if the station im docked at doesnt have a medical center, how do i find the nearest med center?
2. how do i get the picture of my character to appear on the forums and in Evemon? Right now its jsut a big question mark.
3. do i level up my learning skill all the way to 5 now? or should i do them later?
4. should i level up my drones first or my guns?
5. i dont understand how some people's frigates have like BEAST dps and are BEAST tanks because i look up the show info on the ship and their armor and shield and capciter and fitting slots are not as much as other ships but they are still beasts, someone explain

1. I've forgotten. I will try and find out again.
2. Wait. It will appear but their is nothing you or I can do about it.
3. Learn to base learning skills to lvl4 and then do the advanced learning skills to lvl4
4. Depends or your race. Gallente ships have big drone bays so drone skills maybe of more use if you fly these ships atm.
5. Sounds like they are speed tanking. Going to fast to be hit effectively by guns or missiles. As for DPS it is all down to the skills. They can multiple up pretty well.

Use the system map. Star Map -> Color Stars By -> Services -> Cloning now all the systems with medical center will light up and if you hover over them it'll list the stations with medical facility.

Leave them for later, find something fun to do first. It's boring to just wait for skills.

You seem to have grasped that you need to fly to a station with a medical centre and dock there to upgrade your clone. If you press F10 to open the starmap, you can then select "colour stars by -> Station services -> Medical centre" (something like this, I can't check the wording right now). Look for a nearby system with a medical centre (it will be coloured green) and then hover over its icon to get a list of the actual stations that have medical centres in.

Wait.

All the way to 5 nowe is probably a little counter-productive - you need some actual skills so that you can start doing interesting things and making ISK! However, bear in mind that the time required to learn a level is not linear and in fact goes up by something like 5x per level. What this means is that training a skill to level 4 takes a fifth of the time of training it to 5 (and to level 3 it's one twenty-fifth of the time!). So your best bet is to train your basic learning skills initially, and then up to 4 as you can to get access to the advanced learning skills.
However, I don't think you should ever train a learning skill before something that you actually want right now - if you need to train a Frigate skill for a few hours to get that nice new ship you have your eye on, then by all means do it! It's good to let learning skills train while you're logged out/asleep.

Depends on your playstyle. I'll assume you're Gallente since you asked; if you do go the drone route they need more care (as they can be destroyed, unlike guns) but can be very effective once you have the hang of it. For newer players, the Imicus is probably one of the easiest ships to use for level 1 missions, with the right tactics.
Neither is a bad choice, though.

Can you give an example of the specific ship/ships you had in mind? Also, define 'BEAST'... A lot of this is probably down to skills - increasing some attribute by 5% per level doesn't seem like much, but they can add up... let's look at those that affect a Tristan for example:
+ 25% extra damage (Small Hybrid Turret skill) + 25% extra damage (Gallente Frigate skill) - 10% reduced cycle time (Gunnery skill => 11% increase in damage) - 20% reduced cycle time (Rapid Firing => 25% increase in damage) + 15% extra damage (Surgical Strike skill) + 10% extra damage (Small Hybrid * Specialisation)
= 100 * 1.25 * 1.25 * (1/0.9) * (1/0.8) * 1.15 * 1.1 = 274% damage increase
and that's just pure damage, not even taking into account the fact that you can hit your targets from further away or use more damaging ammo from the same range; that your accuracy is a lot better so you miss less, increasing actual damage done to small/fast targets; and that you require less capacitor to keep firing so can tank more, for longer.
Tanking has a bunch of skills that act like this too (as do most areas), so performance increases of this kind of level can also be had too. The real power of the bonuses is that they multiply together instead of add; so five 20% bonuses actually give you a total bonus of 1.2^5 = 148% rather than just 1.2*5 = 100%.

IIRC, show info on their ship only shows the base stats of their ship class. but show info on your ship gives you the actual stats (at time of infoing) of your ship. Show info only displays the ship's base attributes are, it doesn't show what they are after the fitted modules and the pilot's skills are applied.
The only way to see what the ship's stats are is to either ask them, or scan their ship with a ship scanner then plug the information into something like EFT and make guesses as to their skill set.

Although you have to wait for your portrait on the forums to update, you can force EVEMon to use you portrait from your cache.
To do this you right click on your exclamation mark portrait, and then update portrait from EVE cache. If that does not work, you will have to set the portrait folder.

Look at some killboards to get an idea of how people fit their ships. I have a swell Tristan setup that I really like for empire PVP -- see it under "losses" on my corp's website. (Do a "show info" on "Starbreaker Spaceways" in-game, but access the URL out of game.)
Do not look at the "kills" for setups though, most of my kills have been newbies with bad fittings.
