Here's my ishtar's solo pvp setup that i use and has turned very very efficient,tanking even gate guns easily.
High:
1 medium noser
1 small noser
Medium:
1 mwd
1 webber
1 scrambler
1 medium cap booster with 400 charges
1 cap recharger T2
Low:
2 T2 medium armor reps
2 T2 EANM's
1 T2 damage control
Drone bay:
!full of T2 heavy drones!
Calibration:
2 ccc rigs
----
im still checking diffirent things for the fun of it but this setup has so far broungt me only killmails and no losses :) and i thought i should share it with everyone :)

Is there a way that you can squeeze some small rails/blasters to it?

Hm, I dunno, the huge hole in explosive resist would bother me.

Oh, but I use Berserker II ;)
I always seek to plug the hole in explosive resist anyway because any other drone boat worth its salt (i.e. ishtar, dominix, sometimes myrmidon and vexor) will carry thermic and explosive flights, or at least a mixture of the two. And, well, a base 10% resist is a pretty big hole to leave, even with EANM II x2 and DCU II.

(all i can fit, running low on cpu)
Medium:
1x Medium Electrochem Cap Booster w/ 800's
1x Named 10mn MWD
1x Warp Disruptor II
1x Stasis Webifier II
1x SB(lockingtime)/TD(trackingspeed)/RSD(lockingtime)
Low:
2X MAR II
1x IFFA Suitcase
1x EANM II
1x Explosive Hardener II
Rigs:
2x Aux Nano Pump
Drones:
7x Ogre II
5x Berserker II
5x Hammerhead II
5x Warrior II
Running low on cpu on this setup, wish there was plenty left to fit a recon launcher
