I don't think the selling of macros or items or characters or what have you on Ebay is illegal per se, although it is definitely a EULA violation and should result in the revocation of the buyer's internet spaceship license.

And you should instead of advertising for them, report this directly to CCP through emails.

Its not that I wanted to accuse him for being a ISK seller or anything. Everyone do mistakes.
However a lot of people are automatically running to the forums when they find such links and post them openly in the forums. That is not good. It gives the programs free advertisements!
And to be honest, a few times, I have had a real suspicion that the poster might not be as innocent as he looked like.
In any case, it would be nice if people thought through the case a little. After all: if its bad on ebay, you should definitely not post it on eve-o...
Best way to handle such cases: report them to CCP! They will if they can handle it from there!
