In times past there were agents in space around the starter systems, handing out one-time missions called æKeeping Crime in CheckÆ for faction standing in exchange for tags. These agents were removed and eventually relocated and augmented in Revelations to empire-run Data Centers. There are three such data centers in each of the four empires. Some of them have additional agents in a bank of structures to give higher level versions of the æKeeping Crime in CheckÆ missions, supposedly for higher and higher faction gains, as the faction and corporation standings are the only real reward for these missions, since each mission gives only a few thousand isk for both the reward and time bonus.
Unfortunately the additional agents didnÆt work upon their release, but were eventually fixed. However after completing the Amarr and Caldari data centers, I have found that the primary reward and purpose of these missions is badly in need of adjustment as the rewards are far too low in comparison with other normal and event agent rewards.
Each data center has at least two agents in ships, one giving an in system or one jump courier mission with the reward being a graduation certificate and faction standing. The other agent gives the first æKeeping Crime in CheckÆ mission. Everyone who wants to build up their standing should do these missions, the courier mission is quick and the copper tags are usually cheap and plentiful on the market, and the faction gains from these are worth the effort.
Data Centers with the additional agents all have the same structure, with the same agent level giving the same mission, for that data centerÆs requisite tags of course. Each data center requires the same factionÆs tags for all of its agents. Simply match up the agent level and tags required below for each data center to see the faction and corporation standing received from that mission.
(Notes: There are additional low-level agents in ships in the Caldari data centers giving a courier mission; all three of the Amarr graduation certificate agents give direct Khanid faction standing gains; the Blood Brass tag agent in Kudi is bugged, the faction gain doesnÆt appear in the playerÆs transactions, a GM informed me that the mission did give me 0.0404% faction gain however that is ridiculously low even for these missions; and the additional agents in the Amarr data center in Ferira give direct Ammatar faction standing)
Data Centers:
Minmatar - Republic Data Centers 1. Emolgranlan 2. Arlulf 3. Engosi
Gallente - Federate Data Centers 1. Abenync 2. Muer 3. Ekuenbiron
Amarr - Imperial Data Centers 1. Ferira 2. Polfaly 3. Kudi
Caldari - State Data Centers 1. Kamokor 2. Ahtulaima 3. Saikanen

How did you reach this conclusion?
Was it because the faction standings increase for Ammatar was larger than the increase for Amarr?
Or was it because the Amarr faction increase had the description Derived Standings while the Ammatar faction standing has the description as the name of the mission?
Faction standings increases for Amarr will have a derived standings increase for Ammatar that is 12.5% larger than the increase for Amarr. With Gallente faction standings increases you get a 33.3% larger derived increase with SoE than the direct increase with the Gallente faction. Caldari faction standings increase come with a 50% larger derived standings increase for Mordu's Leagion. This is normal game mechanics.

They use to also give you Faction BPO's at the high end before they were moved. Now only the COSMOS ones do apparently. Though there could be some confusion on who moved where and which ones are COSMOS.

Cosmos agents give faction bpc's rather than bpo's
