I have had a continuing issue with game interfacing and intermitten glitches on this account since i caught CCP reducing the time i was getting per month that had amounted to 7 days gameplay lost in 5 months... is this payback? because i threatened legal action for fraud? I have had to wait unexceptable lengths of time before some moronic fool with out the ability to first read the petitions before they copy and paiste a stupid none relivant responce some week or too later. then for some reason they feel it is wrong when we ask for compensaation for loses caused by the fault or extead gameplay for lost time...
am i the only person who is sick to death with **** poor and mostly non-existant customer service?
i have got to the point of wanting to delete the toon and uninstall the game never to be played again!
but before i go i want to know who else feels that CCP should put more effort into customer service. we have eve-chat we have millions of chat channels so why on earth cant they provide a service that works? why should i wait 10 days with only a moron responing once with a sugestion i had already noted as tried?bellow is the petition i opened on the 19 of feb 2008 9 days ago.. for godsakes ppl if u want these tossers to take u seriously rather than the mugs they take u for. respond!! put on your complaints here and maybe someone in suit at CCP my actually fear their No 1 money maker might actually go **** up and their business go under maybe then they will remember WE ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS and it time we were treated as such!

i have complained endlessly about this problem but still GM's refuse to help resolve the issues...
i have been told to install better drivers - its done .
i have been told to rename or delete the cashe - this has been done.
i have even tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling but all this has done is caused further faults as now theres a fault with my prem graphics...
i have a second account yet that account has no problems at all...
i have accussed GM's of discrimination and have gotten more than a little frustrated with the lack of intreast..
its clear to me that the fact these faults are only precent with this account that their is a problem with the account and i feel the long time in which i have been paying for this account that the GM'S stop their petty discrimination and restore the account to fully functioning...
I beleive the actions of employees of CCP are directly responcible for the faults on my account and in doing so have broken the legal contract between myself and CCP. if u fail to respond to this petition within a reasonable time frame i will be forced to seek legal advice on how best i should be compensated for the breach of contract

I deeply apologize for the late reply. I hope that this issue has been resolved since you filed this petition but if it has not then please press WIN+R or select the Start - Run option and copy/paste this line into the pop up box: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE if you are running windows XP or C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE on Windows Vista. Move all the folders you see over to a safe location outside of the EVE directory. This resets EVE to its default settings as the game then regenerates the folder upon restart. This can fix many problems with the game that have been caused by a broken preferences file.

AS YOU CAN SEE THE GM INVOLVED CLEARLY NEVER EVEN READ THE PET AS HE HAS OFFERED THE SAME ADVICE ALREADY TRIED AND REJECTED AS THE PROBLEM...
Iif i was any of u id check my payment methods they tried to rip me off with reduced gametime i wonder who else its happening to....

I couldn't actully figure out what happen.
you... had... graphical issues?
or you lost days you paid for?
I think you petitoned about only getting 30 days of time instead of 31... which is normal... and then in respnose to your petition... you... they hacked your account and made it not owrk anymore? so you bought a second account which worked ok, but then got some graphical issues... so you petitioned to get help and fix your client so they told you to move the eve folder off your C drive...

how simple does it need be i have 2 accounts, the first (KAM KNIGHT) was ripped off 7 days gaming - witch i can prove was taken and not just an error.. and the gametime was returned by CCP. Since then GM's refuse to reply to petitions in ggod time or to resovle the in game glitches and faults and deny a programing fault except to say it's my pc at fault so they suggest i instal upto date drivers or they suggest deleting or renaming cashe files and i have also tried removing the client and downloading the client again.. none of witch has resolved the problem and now GM's dont even bother with responding to petitions.. the second account is run from the same pc - yet it is fault free and GM's responds in a timely manor - if the fault was with my pc why would 1 account work faultfree and not the other? and if GM's respond to all pets on a strict policey of first posted first responded too, then how come my other toon on another account gets swift responces? they should both suffer delays!
these problems began after i caught ccp stealing gametime... and have persisted for over a year... and only on the account i cought them stealing from!!
how more simple can it get? if u cant understand that then u must be a bob alt for a GM or a DEV !!! or have the reading skills of a 5 year old

I think part of the OP's problem comes from him not speaking english as a primary language (in itself not a problem, however....), and falling back to his native grammar when emotional, which is what makes him impossible to understand when he is agitated.
From what i figure out, he is experiencing some sort of problem with the game client, although he doesn't clarify what. Glitches has been used to describe anything from artifacts(really messed up graphics) to crashes. That could be a reason the GM's have trouble diagnosing the problem, causing them to fall back to a generic knowledge base reply because they can't solve the issue but are required to give an answer.
The fact that most of the GM's efforts seem to focus on restoring the client in some way, suggests to me that he may be suffering from the EAX crash bug, which is often assumed to be a compatibility problem with the graphics card, but which is in fact an issue with some sound cards, especially on board sound adapters. Of course, if you make some vague hints about a graphics glitch and then start yelling about restitution for a few days worth of lost playtime like he lost a family member or other emotionally bound person or object due to the inability to play, no wonder they don't diagnose further.
And exactly where does discrimination get into play? Do you always accuse people who try to help you of discrimination? Heres' a tip: "I'm sorry, i can not understand what you are saying" is not an attempt to make fun of someone who speaks another language, it's an admission of inability to receive your message.
Take a chill pill, take a deep breath and count to 10, then when you are calm enough to remember your grammar (NOT making fun of that, but you will not get much help if you make your message impossible to understand), describe the precise symptoms of your problem again and maybe someone can help. Keep in mind hardware is sometimes difficult to figure out and sometimes there's really just one thing left to do when dealing with an instability issue (if it is that): Reinstall windows, possibly after replacing any hardware that could be the culprit.
And if it is the EAX crash bug, turn off your sound and see if that makes the crashes go away. If your system stops crashing then, look into buying a better sound card.
