i think its the panther. it's fast, can cloak, has decent dps, and the jumping ability is neat if you have a cyno alt around in case of emergency.  |

rupture all the way, plenty of people will engage a solo rupture (assuming you want to get good fights). cane also does well although less people will engage it (they'll assume its bait).

This, although the same applies to the rifter, depends what kind of fights your looking for, it's easy to get a good fight a rup, and most HAC pilots will attack a Rup w/o hesitation

Depends. Vaga is a nice solo ship. As has been said before you have cheaper T1 options such as Ruppie and the all important Rifter. Rapier's are good, as long as you have the patience to pick your targets wisely.

I'd say a ruppy or a rifter. Problem with a ruppy is you will find a legit pirate camp that will lock your cruiser. Rifter is awesome little fun ship but makes you have to avoid alot of targets you'll find.

Of all the minmatar ships, I'd say Vagabond (but u can't attack caldari peeps in this, unless ur an r-tard) or a Sleipnir, its just awesome,decent dps, able to fitt a XL booster in there even and it even has insane speed for a cmd ship wich makes it able to tackle stuff decently

Sure you can attack Caldari ships in a Vaga... just load up some faction EMP and make sure the ship you are going agaisn't doesn't have a web.
I would have to say the Vaga is my favorite ship in the game so you know what my answer is.

Imo, I'd go Rifter, Rupture, Hurricane personally.
Alternatively, if you want to go down the Vagabond line, go Rifter->Stabber->Vagabond.
