the following is some (rough) calculation i did myself, they're not exactly new info, but the presentation is different and i hope someone will find them useful.
the info is slightly different than those found in this forum in that i assume lvl 4 learning skills instead of lvl 5, and there is a breakdown of skill pay offs for people focusing on a particular job instead of trying master all trades.
from the sticky we know that training time can be calculated using the following formula: (not considering learning )
skill points gained per minute = main attribute + (sub attribute / 2)
training TWO rank 1 learning skill from level 4 - level 5 will take anywhere from 9 - 40 days..... depending on your beginning attribute
this training will give you 1.5 extra skill point per minute(not considering learning) .... or 2160 extra sp per day -- whenever you're training related skills.
assuming your learning is level 4 this will give you a bonus of 2333 sp a day
(note that training four, or even all five rank 1 learning skill from level 4 to level 5 will ALSO give you a maximum bonus of 1.5 extra skill point per minute -- this amounts to 2160 (without learning) / 2333 (with level 4 learning) extra sp per day --
the reason for this is because only two of those skills will give you bonus at any given time ... so that's definitely something to think about if you're gonna focus on industry or fighting... -- basically double the training does not equal to double the pay back if you're not gonna train certain set of skills skills )
here are a few number....
training rank 1 learning skills from level 4-5

it take 210745 sp to get one rank 1 learning skill from 4 - 5
if you train all 5 of them to level 5 it's 1,053,725 sp....
it take 451 days to get 1,053,725 sp @ 2333 sp / day
if you train 4 of them to level 5 it's 842,980 sp....
it take 361 days to get 842,980 sp @ 2333 sp / day
if you train 2 of them to level 5 it's 421490 sp....
it take 180 days to get 421,490 sp @ 2333 sp / day
rank 1 skills, level 0-4

it take 45255 sp to get a rank 1 learning skill from 0.-4
if you train all 5 of them to level 4 it's 226,275 sp....
it take 24 days to get back 45255 sp @ 9331 sp / day,
cybernetics

it take 135765 sp to get cybernetics to 4 (allows you to use +4 implants)
it take 14 days to get back 135765 sp @ 9331 sp / day
