If I am in a indy and running a pair of remote sensor booster on another ship in same fleet and that ship does something that causes a CONCORD response....
Will concord attack my indy also?
What if we are not in same fleet and I am boosting him/her. When concord responds to the other ships attack will they attack me?
Does it matter if I stop boosting before the attack, during the attack?

Yes.
Boosting neutrals != Concorde response.
Boosting Concorde Criminals = Concorde response.
As far as I know anyway. If you stop boosting before the attack, then obviously you're not aiding a criminal. If you boost after he's attacked and while he's being attacked by Concorde, well I think the answer to that is fairly obvious.
If all else fails, try it in T1 frigs :)

Yes, because being in a gang or not doesn't affect whether you are viewed as having aided a criminal or engaged in a criminal act.
Yes. If you stop boosting before the attack you won't get Concorded - as long as you are not in a gang with the criminal. If you're in a gang with a criminal you're screwed wither way, as far as I remember. If you stop boosting during the attack, you're still by that point already going to have a global criminal flag. Concord can't see you putting your hands up and saying "oops, sorry about that, won't happen again, I promise", so will still ream your ship into the shape of a shiny new Pod.

i don't believe being in a gang with someone that has the wrath of concord will get you concorded, so long as you aren't doing anything. I've been that ****** that targets the concord billboard instead of a target in highsec and got popped.. only side effect to my gangmates was their sides were sore from laughing.
