Is it possible to rent a jump freighter or a rorqual safely for a few days some how? And what would the cost be around?

Unless someone knows you very very well I highly doubt it you can rent any of these ships. Your best bet is to ask for freighter services.

I haven't seen any, but I can guarantee that it will NOT be cheap. Taking a 6 bil ship into foreign low sec space requires logistics and support that don't come cheap.

It should be simple as opening cyno in front of destination low sec station, docking, unloading cargo (or am I missing something?). Only critical point in this is exiting low sec, even that shouldn't be so much of a problem if the low sec sys is adjacent with high sec. Warping to 0 on the high sec gate and jumping is little to no risk.
But yes I understand that this is a psychological pressure and all I want to find out how much would an jump freighter pilot ask for such maneuver

I'd say there's no problem in renting one out via a "loan" contract. But expect to be able to front a big sum of ISK as deposit.
I might rent out my Veldqual but of course the deposit will land somewhere on 4B and fee I dunno depends on how long I will be without it.
