Fafnir Drake Gallente Boob Heads Phoenix Rising Alliance	Posted - 2008.03.05 21:20:00 - [1] I stopped being active in EVE a couple months back, taking a break for other things. Only logged in to swap training and stopped keeping track o' the forums. What's been going on? Last I was up to date, BoB and co. had just fought a major battle vs. Goon/Coalition over a BoB Capital Ship Yard, rumored to have a Baby Titan in it. End result was a Pyrrhic victory for Goon/Coalition. That was the last I really read. I heard some say it wasn't a Baby Titan, heard other say it was. Not really important. Anyways, what's been going on since then. Also be nice if someone were to make a nice, easy-to-read, and preferably non-biased timeline of the War. ------ "Tell a man there are 300 billion stars in the universe and he'll believe you. After the battle over the cap ship yard goons and Company continued to get there faces stompped over and over up until about April 2007. BOB and MC took FAT. AAA got more involved in the war. The north formed a huge napfest wich put alot of preasure on BOB allies up there and they eventually fell. The huge northern nap fest formed a nap with the huge southern napfest and they started putting pressure on BOB from both sides. Revelations II came out and CCP nerfed the titan bigtime (BOB's biggest advantage). They seen that it was too mutch for them to fight that many people on mutiple fronts and decided to start pulling back to delve leaving the regions they once controlled in southern coalition hands. Now they are cornered in delve. Not really important. i dont know what you mean by "Pyrrhic" but the result of the mentioned battle is that there indeed was a super capital in building, no it was not a titan it was a mothership. The coalition threw everything they had on the field, their cyno gen ship was a carrier so it could last 30 secconds to open a mirror for the other 100 (or so i dont remember) capitals. They killed the pos withing 5 minutes and we could not safe the pos. In this pos killage they lost aroun 50 dreadnoughts and i think 15-20 carrier. the sad (funny for us) part of the storry is that they killed the wrong pos which was empty and the baby mothership survived. morale of the story: if your spy is a noob it can become very cost intensive.
