What I'm offering is a corporation, complete with the in place, fully functional reaction operation. On jita prices yesterday, it grosses over 5 billion iskies per month and is easily sustainable by a single player. Of course, these are lowsec POS's, however it is 1 jump from a high sec small hub. The high sec (0.6) 1 jump away from the core system has 1 large CT in it also for research.
Outputs -
Fernite Carbides - 13,440,000 (~ 3% of Jita volume)
Sylramic Fibres - 8,064,000 (~ 2% of Jita volume)
Titanium Carbide - 13,440,000 (~ 2.5% of Jita volume)
Titanium - 67,200
(Miscellaneous other moon gases)
Assets to be transferred-
9 Lowsec Deployed Large towers (including defences and all structures) (approx 7b worth)
1 Highsec Deployed Large tower (including 2x small and 1x adv research, hangers, etc, all needed structers) (aprox 1.1bill worth)
1 month inputs in highsec station (approx 1.6bill worth of materials)
1 months fuel in each tower (approx 2bill worth)
1 months of all reaction supplies in each tower (approx 2bill worth)
Alt Corp CEOship
Offices in appropriate locations
Important Notes -
- All lowsec POS are located within a single system
- All POS have deployed defences
- All POS are in a "quiet" lowsec system
- System is 1 jump from highsec space (Highsec has a research POS in it)
- Transfer can be made through Chribba's 3rd party service, I will pay the fees
About -
I have been running this operation for a couple of weeks now and riding high on the price increases that hit the market with the deployment of Trinity. All these reactions are very valuable and do not rely or require rare moon mineral imports, so avoiding the Dysprosium issues we have been seeing in the marketplace.
Jump Freighters & Their Market Effects -
Its a good time to buy. Every single jump freighter built, which are just rolling off the invention lines, requires something like 100 months worth of Sylramic Fibres and nearly the same amount of carbides. Per Hull. A single JF build is perfectly capable of sending prices of these materials through the roof. The Trinity spike has passed, the market has settled down, but its trending upwards again. Immediately after Trinity, this operation was looking at a Gross of nearly 12.5b/mth.

Sustainable, easy enough to manage for a small corp, this is an investment opportunity that saves you ample time. Not only is there nearly 9 days worth of anchoring undertaken, the moons are found, the POSes are in place, they are stocked, its all set to be taken over by someone new.

Me -
Why am i cashing out so early into my take over of this network?, the same reason the last guy did, im moveing into the super capital bpo market and need to free up liquid isk to start my first builds, i also own 2 other networks of a similar size, this just happens to be my most profitable of the 3.
Since i took over this network i have increased its net worth in deployed assets by almost 4bill and i have stream lined the running of the network by adding more silo's and placing them tacticaly around corp hangers meaning the majority of the "donkey work" can be done in a shuttle rather than a hauler via simplying draging and droping from one silo to a hanger and back.
Other -
I will also include full documentation on how to run the network step by step aswell as local intell reports on every none corp POS in the system and the market trends for the sale of the items we make and buy in.
The corporation has standings to anchor POS's in 0.7's around the local area.

Do not waist your time trying to get the location from me, untill you own this network myself and Chribba will be the only people who know were this network is located. It is within 20 high sec jumps of Jita and only 1 jump into low sec is required to get to the network.

I forgot to add this network nets easily over 40bill a year in pure profits AFTER running costs at its lowest profit margin rate. At its highest its almost double that figure (if you were to get a full 12 month run of high prices, the more likely outcome is you get a mix of up and down and it will avarage out around 45-50 bill a year range).

My tower's are 9 Caldari large and 1 Mini large. I dont use faction towers in low sec, i save them for 0.0.
Ill read my mail in a little bit lads, got a stomach bug atm, not feeling so great :).

Both my serious offers on the table require time to liquidate (aprox 1 week each) in order to purchass, they have both told me its ok to leave my auction open in the mean time, so i will do.
