Not all of us own T2 BPOs and/or buy GTCs for ISK.
fitting a PvP ship like that, especially a Deimos, is just suicide.
The only time flying a Deimos in a gang isn't suicide is when you have heavy logistics and/or ECM support. Else it's going to be primary, and dead - fast.

True Sansha doesn't cost much anymore these days, 5M-15M per hardner.
And getting that extra bit of Oompf.. allways help, saved my butt plenty of times.

That's over 100mil ISK in TS equipment, for a tank which is only slightly better.
in 95% of PvP engagements I doubt it would actually make a difference. Maybe in a 1v1, but...

If you have a 'bailey' 1600 plate, and 85%+ board resist, you're a serious tough nut to ***** with warlinks on you. Even if your called primary, in a gang, you'll get remote repped (if your gang is smart enuff to have logistics with em).
