Please make sure your actually going to keep the server for the term of the contract, I just had a customer back out after having the server up for 12 hours and I had to sell some assets to give him his isk back, this is really inconvenient for me and from this point on if you want your isk back before the next month or billing month I keep 50% of the server payment for my trouble

Have just got my TS server about 5days ago all is good. Would recommend to any corp or alliance easy to setup and I have full control.

FYI,
I retained this service for my corporation around 20 May. It worked well for us for over a week. Now we can't log in using any Teamspeak client, we can't log in to the admin interface. My attempts to resolve the issue by contacting Dark 'Shadow have been unsuccessful. I've also just sent an Evemail to Capital Kill; I'll post on update on whether or not he's able to help me.
As of this post, the service has been down for us for at least four days. Our paid time shouldn't run out for another two weeks.

I've attempted to connect to the service and to the admin interface multiple times since my last post and had a 100% failure rate. This means the service has been down for us for 10 days now.
I've received no response to my attempts to contact Dark 'Shadow and Capital Kill.
As always, buyer beware.
